Spicy Cheesiest Paneer Pizza [Home Recipe]

Paneer Pizza


Ingredients:

For the Pizza Base:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ cup warm water

For the Pizza Toppings:

  • 250 grams paneer, crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil for brushing the pizza base

Instructions:

1. For the pizza base, mix all-purpose flour (maida), active dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil and mix well. Add warm water as required to make a soft and elastic dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out.


2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the pizza dough into a thin circle, about 12 inches in diameter. Place the pizza dough on a lightly greased baking sheet or a pizza stone. Brush the pizza base with olive oil. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza base. Set aside.


3. For the pizza toppings, heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent. Add finely chopped green bell pepper, finely chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped tomato, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Sauté until the vegetables turn soft and mushy. Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base. Sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetable mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese melts completely. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving hot with your favorite dipping sauce! Enjoy your homemade cheesiest paneer pizza!
